Training of Educational Administrators
 

Training exercise would be carried out by SCERT to train Educational Administrators who would be given responsibility to implement the SSA programme. The Objective of the training is:

1. To build managerial skills to enable officers of the department to respond proactively to the environment both at the functional and unit levels to achieve the goals of the department
2. Strengthen individual and organizational effectiveness by building managerial competence to achieve the Universalisation of Secondary Education in the State 
3. To help officers to look at the education sector from a managerial perspective
